Service Request System

Summit Technical Solutions serves as the prime contractor on the CIMS-III Contract providing Space and Missile Defense support agencies with commercial and non-commercial integrated IT solutions, to include Program Management, VTC, Network Administration, and Systems Administration operations.


STS provides on-call service support for a variety of tasks, managed through our custom Service Request system. This Sharepoint based tool has been noted by our customer as having “achieved perhaps the most successful Process Administration systems seen to date associated with CIMS.
