STS delivers responsive Systems Engineering Services that specifically focus on the management and design of complex program engineering systems over their lifecycle. We offer solutions addressing requirements management, reliability, logistics, and evaluation measurements.
STS’s Software Engineering and Design is comprised of operations, maintenance and security expertise for Analysis of Alternatives including the acquisition and fielding of software systems. STS expertise extends to Cyber and Information Assurance operations to protect data, ensure network viability, and enforce data integrity.
STS provides Test and Training support to design, develop, and validate test scenarios, and conducts testing events of equipment, software, and system of systems evaluations. STS provides unparalleled support and efficient solutions in Simulation, Independent Verification & Validation, Limited User Test, Development Test & Evaluation, and full scope Operational Test & Evaluation.
STS delivers Data Management Services through the management and operation of integrated file tracking systems, electronic and physical records management and storage, large volume file processing, scanning and digitization operations for documents, call center operations, quality control audits, secure file destruction, and large scale nation-wide shipping of documents and files.
2015 is a growing a year for the company. STS recently was awarded three large contracts, resulting in the planned addition of 100-150 employees to its workforce by year’s end. As a result of this trifecta of wins, the company has added 66 employees so far, including 11 in Colorado.
In addition to our proven past performance for customers operating in the Pikes Peak region, STS also stands out through our dedication to supporting the communities where our employees live and work. Throughout STS’s history we have been committed to supporting Veterans, women and children in need and the expansion of STEM education. STS has established the Good Citizen Program to formalize our commitment to giving back to causes our employees support. The benefit program allows employees to seek company donations and earn paid time off for volunteer service.
As a business leader and Veteran herself, President & CEO Kelly Terrien understands the value Veterans provide, not only in service to our country, but also to our community and is committed to attracting, retaining and supporting Veterans throughout all levels of the company. Today, our DOD contracts are comprised of 81% Veterans; continuing to serve our country by supporting our government contracts/customers. STS is proud of their dedication, work ethic, loyalty, and commitment, and we continue to promote career opportunities for Veterans who are sincerely deserving of our appreciation. Recently, STS received The American Legion Department of Colorado’s Employer of Veteran’s Award for outstanding achievement in employing our Veterans.
Our commitment to Veterans goes beyond hiring processes. STS is currently mentoring Rim Technologies, LLC a local WOSB/SDVOSB. Through mentoring a Veteran-owned small business, we are empowering another former service member in our community. What makes this venture truly successful is its ultimate impact on the region. Rim Technologies and STS are able foster a long term foundation that will provide hundreds of Veterans a stable job and the resources to grow over time.

With over 140,000 active-duty service members and Veterans in the area, military service members are integral to the success and ultimate growth of our community.
