Ms. Kelly Terrien is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Technical Solutions, LLC (STS). Founded in 2001, Kelly Terrien has led the successful growth of STS from one employee to over 100 worldwide. Kelly is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in market identification and strategic positioning for multi-million dollar government services and technology organizations.
In recent years, Ms. Terrien has been inducted into the Women of Influence by the Colorado Springs Business Journal, named Small Business Person of the Year and Women in Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) among many other accolades, including Top Company, Fast Growing, and Great Place to Work recognitions.
Pam Heeps joined the Summit Technical Solutions team in 2011. Ms. Heeps has extensive experience in conducting pre-employment, background and investigations for the Office of Personnel Management, Federal Investigative Services Division (OPM-FIS); fulfilling suitability and security investigative needs for the DoD, DHS, DOE, and DOJ to name a few. At STS, Ms. Heeps has maintained oversight of the company’s employee relations, union negotiations, ISO certification, employee benefits and insurance products as well as a number of STS departments, including; Human Resource, Security, Safety, and Recruiting.
