The ISO 9001:2015 standard outlines a detailed process approach to implementing and supporting a Quality Management System (QMS). As a result, there is increased involvement of top management engaged in setting and adhering to the high standards of the STS Quality Policy and Quality Goals and Objectives.
STS embraces a corporate quality structure that is applied to all STS program and task activities. Quality Management will be accomplished through the consistent and continuous implementation of a Team STS Quality Control Plan. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification through NQA aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of our quality management system, including detailed processes for improvements, and the assurance of consistency to the benefit of our customers.
